Singapore Marathon

The Running Club Challenge is designed to celebrate the camaraderie and dedication of running clubs at the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2023.

By participating in this challenge, your club can earn points based on the race registrations of its members. The more members you have participating, the more points your club can accumulate, and the higher your chances of topping the charts!

How Can My Running Club Earn Points / Win the Challenge?
The challenge consists of two components.

  1. Number of members participating in SCSM2023
The more members you have competing in the race, the more points you’ll accumulate!Fret not if your running club has lesser participants! Prizes are allocated to running clubs with the highest points within the following tiers.
    Race Tiers
    等级 1 > 101 members
    等级 2 > 51 - 100 members
    等级 3 5 - 50 members
  2. Race categories that members signed up for

    Race Category Points
    马拉松 100 points
    半程马拉松 75 points
    10 公里 50 points
    5 公里 25 points

Simply sign your members up for the longer distance races!

If your running club has 10 members participating in the event: 4 in the Marathon, 3 in the Half Marathon, 2 in the 10km, and 1in the 5km, your club’s total points is as follows:

Marathon (4 members x 100 points each) = 400 points
Half Marathon (3 members x 75 points each) = 225 points
10km (2 members x 50 points each) = 100 points
5km (1 member x 25 points) = 25 points

Total Points: 400 + 225 + 100 + 25 = 750 points

Send more members and encourage them to take on the longer distance race this December!
