WOMEN SQUAD

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon’s first-ever women’s only running squad – a customised fitness programme aimed to support all female participants of #SCSM2017 to train well and consistently towards December 3rd. Led by the Rockrunners and assisted by Heidi from Coached.

RUNNING CLINIC

Our coach shares about various running related topics such as injury prevention and how to run faster!

PACER RUN

Official Pacers take you on a bi-monthly pacer runs to train and prep your body consistently towards Race Day!

TRAINING WORKSHOP

Experienced endurance coach and former professional triathlete Ben Pulham takes you through a technical run session designed to teach you the drills needed to become a resilient and more efficient runner.
