Our Training Programme features a series of activities tailored to help runners train towards 29 November – 1 December. Featuring Pacer Runs and Garmin Women Squad, get ready to learn from esteemed partners of SCSM, and train with friends old and new to achieve your personal best on Race Day! Whether you’re a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km or 5km participant, there is definitely something for you!

ALTRA PACER RUN

Let our Official Altra Pacers from Running Department take you on weekly pacer runs to train and prep your body consistently towards Race Day.

GARMIN WOMEN SQUAD

Available for free to all registered #SCSM2019 ladies, enjoy a dedicated training programme leading up to #SCSM2019. Think training runs (before you progress to our Pacer Run programme!), workouts, talks, exclusive gifts and more!

Here’s a step-by-step guide to signing up for a profile and registering for the sessions.

For first time participants of the Training Programme:

Sign up for a profile.

Receive confirmation of creation of your profile via email. You will also receive a unique QR code in this email.

Go to Dashboard and you should see this page. Click “RSVP“.

Choose the session that you would like to attend and click “RSVP HERE“. A blue box will appear and ask if you would like to RSVP for the training session. Click “YES, I AM COMING“.
