BACK SINGAPORE’S BID TO BE THE 7TH WORLD MARATHON MAJOR!

In 2018, Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon partnered with 4,000 volunteers, who all played a pivotal role in making the event a tremendous success and an incredible experience for everyone involved.

This year – at our first evening race – our super-friendly and dedicated volunteers will again help create the kind of lasting impressions forever memorable for all. Help us back Singapore’s bid to join the six cities – Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, New York and Tokyo – in earning Abbott World Marathon Major status.

We welcome individuals and groups who will go the extra mile towards the delivery of a truly world-class event for Singapore.

Groups

Is your club or group interested in volunteering as an opportunity to raise funds?

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon encourages community groups by offering donations to groups for organising and sourcing volunteers. We welcome sports clubs, schools, offices, community organisations and all those looking to raise funds for charities and other good causes.

Some of our Race Day roles, such as managing Aid Stations or handing out items at our Recovery area are more suited to groups.

We will support you with all the training you need ahead of your first shift.

If you have a group of 30+ volunteers, and would like to find out how you can raise funds for your sporting, community, or charity group through volunteering at Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon do email: [email protected]

The more volunteers your group gathers, the higher the amount that you’ll raise!

Singapore Marathon Loyal Volunteer Pin

To thank and honour our volunteers who have been with us through the Singapore Marathon journey since 2016, we have introduced 3, 6 and 10-year Singapore Marathon Volunteer pins – all to reward our loyal volunteers for being with us at every step of the way.

We look forward to seeing our volunteers wearing their well-deserved pins loud and proud during the next volunteer session!
